Display Doors Thrown Open in Belmont, Karratha

It’s been a big start to the year for modular housing specialist Formas with the doors being thrown open to its new display centre in Belmont and first display home in Karratha due to open in June.
Formas’ General Manager, John Longhurst, says interested home buyers had been beating down a path to the Belmont site since before it even opened.
“From the minute the homes were being erected, we had many a passerby come back for a close-up look and were busy showing people through as soon as they were up,” he says.
“As we suspected, there’s a massive amount of curiosity in the community about modern alternative housing and the centre is proving the ideal way to educate people about the high-end nature of both the family homes and the industry-focused accommodation solutions we are manufacturing.”
On show at the centre is the Formas range of ALTO and ERGO accommodation solutions, complete with the latest upgrades.
“We have been refining our housing based on the needs and wants of the market and they now boast new bathrooms with Caroma fittings, water efficiency rated tapware, new kitchens with stone benchtops, splashbacks and soft-closing drawers, laundry troughs, ensuites, more cupboard space, and a much wider choice of eight exterior colours,” says John.
The recently released 120m2 ALTO Trio, created in response to demand for a slightly larger family home, is now also part of Karratha’s Baynton West Display Village with the 160m2 ALTO Quad and 80m2 ALTO Duo on display at Belmont.
The three bedroom, two bathroom ALTO Trio set up features a parents’ retreat, computer nook, kitchen, living and lounge areas, decked verandah, gazebo, double carport, and outdoor storage room.
The Belmont centre, on the corner of Great Eastern Hwy and Daly St, is open from 9 to 5pm Monday to Friday and by appointment on weekends.
