Preparation

Before your Formas building arrives, you are responsible for securing local council approvals and providing foundations and connection to services for it. However, your Formas consultant can provide these additional services to assist you in establishing your Formas building on your chosen site.

The foundations required for the Formas ALTO or ERGO include the support of cyclone-rated
Mega Anchors (learn more about Mega Anchors here). However, specific foundation design can be engineered to allow your Formas building to be assembled on the most challenging of building sites.

All earth works, site works, in-ground services, footings, bases, etc. to receive the Formas ALTO or ERGO would have been completed prior to its arrival. With the right conditions (e.g. weather, site conditions) our trained assembly team can often assemble within weeks.

Installation

Once landed and trucked to your site, the Formas building is positioned onto its foundations. This operation can be performed in as little as eight hours, provided the weather is favourable, so the delivery to occupation period is literally within weeks. All this ensures dramatic reductions in building costs and waiting periods.

When on-site, your Formas ALTO or ERGO will be craned directly from its delivery vehicle onto the pre-prepared footings.

Complete installation of the Formas building can be performed within a short period of delivery, meaning your unit is ready for occupation within a couple of weeks.
