Yiramalay / Wesley Studio School, Leopold Downs WA
This project located on a Leopold Downs Station in the Fitzroy Valley is a $1.1m contract that will see a major cultural education hub established in the Kimberley region. This project is a joint venture between Bunuba Inc, Bunuba Cattle Company and Wesley College Melbourne.
To be built over three stages, stage one includes the installation of four student ALTO houses and a complexed ALTO common facility in Stage One of the Yiramalay/Wesley Studio School.
Once completed, the Yiramalay/Wesley Studio School site will include accommodation for almost 100 people, a multi-purpose teaching classroom and training facility with state-of-the-art technology, a meeting space, recreation and sporting facility, kitchen and dining area and a first-aid room.
Stage one is due for student occupancy by July with the entire development expected to be finished by June 2012.
