This $3 million project is a mutli-unit development with a central pool located at Desert Pea Boulevard in Karratha. The project is currently underway having attained Development Approval and is awaiting Building Licence, with expected completion to be in early 2011.
The Tambrey, Karratha project consists of six 2 bedroom ALTO homes, two ALTO duplex units, and one studio, providing 11 residences in total. Similar to the award-winning Formas ALTO in Gloucester Crescent that recently won 2010 MBA Housing Excellence Awards for the Judges Special Innovation Award, these ALTO homes are quality, cost-effective homes that are both energy-efficient and sustainable.

The Darlngunaya Housing Project, Fitzroy Crossing and Warmun WA
The $1.3 million Darlngunaya housing project relates to aboriginal housing in Fitzroy Crossing and Warmun.
Five ERGO W440s (4 bedroom units) and one ALTO with complexed kitchen, top loader washing machines and stainless steel kitchen fittings, will be built at Fitzroy Crossing. These ERGOs and ALTO are complete with verandahs and decking. Further to this, a 2-bedroom split ERGO is also being installed in Warmun.
The project commenced in January 2010, and was completed in May 2010
